Milan Subotic is the owner and managing director, and a representative of Serbia-based Vectura Trans DOO (Vectura Trans), an entity that is designated for being owned or controlled by, or for acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, the sanctioned arms dealer Slobodan Tesic. Tesic allegedly utilized Vectura Trans to receive an approved license for exports, to complete arms deals, and to finalize weapons contracts with a foreign government.
