Oleg Silchenko

Oleg Silchenko is one of 30 individuals in Russia sanctioned by the Canadian government for allegedly being responsible for or complicit in the gross violations of Sergei Magnitsky’s human rights and/or in acts of significant corruption that Mr. Magnitsky sought to expose. Sergei Magnitsky was a lawyer and accountant who died in a Russian prison, after seeking to expose illegal tax fraud by Russian public officials. [1]
